Hi loves! This flow is ideal for the first, second or third day of your menstrual cycle. I have been dealing myself with the desire to want to move my body, workout and release some energy in my menstrual days, but no energy to go into a full on workout mode. I wanted something nice, gentle, but still a workout! With this in mind I have designed this flow for us. If you felt like this as well, this can be just what you needed. Let me know what you think! This flow is perfect for the first few days of your menstrual cycle. A nourishing flow for the times you want to move, but be gentle to your body, give it the time it needs to release. Energy might not be peaking, but that's how we move through every phase. Hope you love this guys!
