Hi guys! This class is just the perfect amount of burn for when you are on the go. We're using a resistance band for the bum and a 2 kg for the weight. You can totally use your bodyweight as well. I cannot stress enough how important it is to squeeze it in for the consistency, even if you're short on time. Hope you'll enjoy this! xx
