Hi loves! This flow is ideal for the first, second or third day of your menstrual cycle. I have been dealing myself with the desire to want to move my body, workout and release some energy in my menstrual days, but no energy to go into a full on workout mode. I wanted something nice, gentle, but still a workout! With this in mind I have designed this flow for us. If you felt like this as well, this can be just what you needed. Let me know what you think!
